Size & fit

Compare a similar garment laid flat with the size chart on each product page. Chest width is measured across the garment, not around your body. Allow 1–3 cm variation. T-shirts and hoodies use different charts.

Delivery
We initially deliver to Canada and the United States, subject to the selected items, current product availability and the specific delivery address. Availability checks are not reservations of stock. Your shipping charge and total are shown before payment. Valid free-shipping codes remove the displayed shipping charge, not import charges or delivery time.

Products are made to order. A payment confirmation does not mean production or shipment has begun. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order. Our initial customer-service response target is 1–2 business days; this is separate from production and delivery time.

Planning estimates reviewed on October 18, 2026: T-shirts usually require 1–3 days production plus 9–14 days transit after shipment (approximately 10–17 days combined). Hoodies require 1–3 or 4–6 days production, depending on the available production option, plus 9–14 days transit (approximately 10–17 or 13–20 days combined). These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; these estimates are not stated consistently in business days. Order review, customs, holidays, carrier disruptions and address issues can add time. Historical Etsy deliveries are references, not promises for new orders. We will communicate material changes known for your order.

Prices and checkout totals are in CAD. GST/HST is not currently added at checkout because the seller is not registered; this is not a claim of permanent tax exemption. According to the current US shipping service, US customs duties and import-related fees are included. Any destination import charges or carrier handling fees not included in the displayed shipping charge are the recipient’s responsibility. Exceptional destination charges may arise, particularly for remote addresses. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. We will not automatically collect a higher shipping amount after payment.

Provide a complete address, postal code and delivery phone number. Self-service changes after payment are unavailable. Contact us promptly about errors; a requested change is not confirmed until we confirm it is possible. Tracking appears when verified shipment information is available. A tracking number does not by itself confirm carrier collection.

Aftersales
We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or colour. Compare a similar garment with the product’s size chart before purchase. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

For damage, printing defects, incorrect items, late or missing deliveries, contact vibegrid2024@gmail.com with your order number, a description and, where practical, photos. We review each case and explain the appropriate next steps in light of the problem and applicable rights. Do not return an item without obtaining instructions. Contacting us promptly does not shorten a statutory claim period.

Once payment is confirmed, we do not offer voluntary order cancellation, including before production begins. Please check your items, size, colour and delivery details before paying. Contact us promptly about an error or problem; any possible correction requires our confirmation. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights or the non-fulfilment remedies below.

If an item is unavailable or delivery cannot be arranged on the agreed terms, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or keep you waiting indefinitely without agreement. If fulfilment is impossible and no alternative is agreed, we will cancel and refund the unfulfillable portion to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing. For partial orders, we will explain the remaining items and shipping treatment before proceeding.
